30 Day BEGINNER Yoga Challenge

If you’ve ever wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start, look no further! Grab a mat and the Down Dog yoga app, and join me for a 30-day intro to yoga challenge. Trust me… you CAN do this.


You can follow the structure or create your own. Just do something! My favorite part of Down Dog is that it’s customizable. Whether I want a Full Practice, a Quick Flow, or a Restorative session, I can make sure I get a little bit done every day.

Step 4 - ROCK this month and be intentional with your #SelfCare
