Ah, Spring Break - the time for relaxing in the mountains or on a beach. Or, the time for working because #adultingsucks.
If you’re lucky enough to be squeezing in some R&R this Spring Break, here are some books to keep you company! Whether you’re in the mood for fantasy, young adult, romance… these books were ones I couldn’t put down.
The Ascension series by K.A. Linde
One of my FAVORITE YA series of all time. I could re-read these over and over. #TeamCyrene
All the Little Lights by Jamie McGuire
I love Jamie’s writing style and have (and will continue to) read everything she’s written. When ATLL was released last year, it took the spot as one of my favorite JM books so far! It features a teenage girl with a spooky secret that will keep you guessing until the very end.
The Forge trilogy by Meghan March
Steamy, action filled, gorgeous pirate filled goodness. Forge makes my heart happy.
The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss
If you loved Harry Potter, you must read this series. If you didn’t like Harry Potter, please stop reading this post as we’re no longer friends. (Kidding, kinda.)
Perfectly Imperfect by Harper Sloan
Positive body image for the WIN! A must-read for every woman around!
The Kiss Thief by L.J. Shen
This was the first book I read by this author and I loved it from page one. It’s been a long time since an author has me hooked that quickly.
Vain by Fisher Amelie
I won all of Fisher’s book in an auction and they sat on my kindle for a solid year before I ever dove in. Man, how stupid! Such great reads.
Defy the Stars by Claudia Gray
Sci-fi for the win! Robots. Saving the planet. Awesomeness.
Bright Side by Kim Holden
*fair warning: I ugly cried* I’m still not over it. I still can’t talk about it.
Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve read this series. Every single person I’ve ever recommended it to has devoured this book and has moved on to the rest in the series. There’s just something about Travis Maddox...
What are your spring break book plans? Anything I MUST add to my to-read list? Let me know!
