If you know me, you know that I am 100% an exercise junky. I love to run every morning and I could spend hours in the gym. You also know that I’m a damn fool and am totally lying.

I hate running. It hurts and I look funny when doing it. I don’t have time to go to the gym every day! I have a full-time job, a family, and really just don’t want to. I don’t like having to wash my hair every day because I get super sweaty from working out. Know what I do like love? Dessert. And because I love dessert so much, I have to exercise. Because my body hates when I stress too much and revolts by making me sick to my stomach, I have to exercise.

 

Running, walking, cycling, swimming, yoga, pilates, weight lifting... I don't care what you do. Just do SOMETHING. Start with 30 minutes a day and see where you go from there.

Don't like going to the gym? ME EITHER! YouTube is filled with workouts you can do at home. Pinterest has tons of ideas. You can do squats, lunges, pushups, sit-ups, and a whole slew of exercises in the privacy of your own home. No excuses! Need an accountability buddy? Let me know. But YOU'VE GOT THIS.
